Deborah Tranelli Interview: “Dallas” Through the Eyes of Phyllis, and A World of Performing Arts

Studio Chat is happy to share an interview with Deborah Tranelli, best known for her long-running role as Phyllis in “Dallas”, and as a talented singer, theatre actress, and voice artist.

Studio Chat Host Chelsea spoke with Deborah about the recent “Dallas” reunion experience at The Hollywood Show in Burbank, CA; “D3”, the trio of Ewing Oil secretaries consisting of Deborah Tranelli, Deborah Rennard, and Danone Simpson; The “Who Shot JR” legacy; the rules of soap operas (and how often there are none); her appearances on game shows like “Match Game ’90” and “Password”, the sitcom experience with John Ritter and Reid Shelton on “Three’s Company”; her life in the live theatre world, including multiple Bistro awards; on and off-set experiences with castmates Larry Hagman, Patrick Duffy, Linda Gray, Barbara Bel Geddes, and Howard Keel; and plenty more on her experiences in the performing arts.
